Tropicana Casino sports betting could soon be a reality: The Atlantic City casino has confirmed a new partnership with William Hill.

In a statement on the casino's website, Tropicana hint at their ambitious sports book plans. This includes the building of a new venue in their North Tower Casino. 

Steve Callender, General Manager at Tropicana Atlantic City said: 

Tropicana Atlantic City is proud to partner with William Hill Race & Sports Book – America’s sports betting leader. We pride ourselves on creating unique and exciting experiences for our guests at Tropicana Atlantic City, and our sports betting offering will meet those expectations.

The statement also reveals that more details of the sports book will be available within the coming weeks. 

William Hill also expressed their delight with the new venture - Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill US said:

We are excited to partner with the Tropicana in Atlantic City to build a first-class sports book in the heart of the world famous Boardwalk. The Tropicana has been a great property in Atlantic City for many years and we can’t wait to be a part of it.

William Hill has had a busy week in the American sports betting market. On Thursday, Ocean Resorts Casino unveiled their $6 million dollar sports betting venue - also powered by William Hill. Eldorado Resorts also revealed that they have signed a 25 year deal with the globally renowned betting company.
