Kindred have announced a deal with Scientific Games for their upcoming NJ launch.

The Kindred Group have announced a partnership with Scientific Games for their upcoming NJ launch.

The deal, which lasts for three years, will see Kindred use SG's Open Platform System and Open Gaming System in the state of NJ.

With these new systems in place, Kindred (formerly the Unibet Group) - hope for a short time to market and the ability to serve U.S. customers quickly.

While the license is restricted to New Jersey - there is an indication that the deal could extend to other states soon. Like Pennsylvania for example.

Manuel Stan, SVP Kindred US said:

We are delighted to partner with SG Digital in the U.S., giving us swift access to the market and our coming U.S. customers a truly great gambling experience on a top technology platform.

SG Digital seem equally pleased with the partnership. Dylan Slaney, SVP Gaming at SG said:

This partnership signifies a bright future for SG Digital and Kindred in New Jersey

Kindred also announced recently that they are partnering with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. This means that they could soon launch an NJ online casino, pending a successful Casino Service Industry Enterprise License application.

Kindred have substantial igaming experience with a host of popular brands. 32Red, RoxyPalace and Unibet are just some of the massive names they operate.

SG Digital have established a significant presence in the American gambling market. Their games feature in many popular NJ sites - and have recently been made available on the PA Lottery as well. However, this has caused the launch of a lawsuit against the PA state lottery, citing the games resemble slot machines too much.
