NJ online sports betting continues to grow with 888 Holding's latest venture.

The 888 Sport app is now available to New Jersey residents after a successful soft launch.

888's Chief Executive Itai Frieberger said:

The launch of 888sport.com in New Jersey is a major milestone for the company in our ongoing expansion across the regulated US online gaming market and provides 888 with a unique and truly multi-product proposition in what is currently the largest regulated US state.

The new 888 mobile sports book, which is now the seventh sports betting app in the state, is powered by Kambi software. Sports betting enthusiasts can choose from a wide range of markets including soccer, tennis and football.

Existing 888 customers can also benefit from a shared wallet - meaning you only need one account to enjoy poker, casino or sports.

An exciting feature that is growing ever more popular in NJ sports betting are in-play bets. During a match or game, bettors will be able to take advantage of special mid game odds.

While the app didn't launch for the start of the NFL season, 888 still have plenty of time to capitalize on America's growing sports betting interest. 888's licensing partner Caesar's Casino however did manage to launch an app in time for kick off.

The new 888 sports app launch is the latest in a line of expansions for the European gaming giant. Recently, the popular NJ online casino added Evolution Live games to their offering. They also added NetEnt slots earlier this year.

The New Jersey sports betting craze continues to build momentum and shows no signs of stopping soon. In recent news, Tropicana announced a historic sports betting partnership with William Hill. Ocean Resorts also opened their $6 million sports book powered by William Hill software.
